Women’s Accelerated Leadership Initiative
Our Women’s Accelerated Leadership Initiative for early to mid-stage women partners is an immersive, case-based learning program, with field experience, coaching, and a capstone program allowing for reflection and synthesis of lessons learned to create plans for future impact. Women attorneys are significantly under-represented in leadership positions, and this program is designed to change that. Women lawyers who participate in this program will gain visibility in practice, increasing the likelihood that decision-makers will view them as leaders and offer leadership roles in the future. Leadership in Law Firms
Our program for senior law firm leaders (managing partners, chairmen, department, practice or business unit leaders, chief officers) is a six-day, intensive study of a cross-section of professional service firms to help participants develop the perspectives and skills necessary to be effective law firm leaders. Attendees learn frameworks and strategies for balancing professional responsibilities, strategic planning, improving organizational alignment, managing change, and motivating people and teams. Accelerated Leadership Program
Our Accelerated Leadership Program is an intensive, four-day program designed to advance the development of early to mid-stage partners across four key dimensions of leadership: client, practice, people and teams, and personal. As partners, these lawyers are taking on larger managerial responsibilities and are expected to exert greater leadership across all of these dimensions.
